United Group announced today it has signed an exclusive deal to offer its users across the region access to TIDAL, the global music streaming and entertainment platform that brings fans and artists closer together through unique music, content, and experiences.

The agreement between United Group and TIDAL offers music lovers in Southeast Europe advertisement-free, unlimited access to TIDAL’s extensive catalogue including more than 70 million tracks across all music genres and 250,000 music videos.

United Group already offers access to TIDAL in Bulgaria through its operator VIVACOM. It expects to start the rollout of the service across the rest of the countries it serves soon. This includes: Serbia, Croatia, Montenegro, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Slovenia and North Macedonia where TIDAL is now available for the first time.

“This agreement is an exciting opportunity for us to bring users exclusive access to the highest quality music available via streaming. By partnering with TIDAL, we are again setting the bar when it comes to delivering the most attractive local and international content available on the market today,” said United Group Chief Executive Victoriya Boklag.

“Streaming entertainment has become an integral part of many people’s day. Partnering with leading telecom provider, United Group, allows us to reach more music enthusiasts across Europe,” said Lior Tibon, TIDAL COO. “With a shared mission of delivering an elevated experience for all members, our partnership will allow us to reach new audiences and foster more relationships between artists and fans,” he said.

TIDAL is a music streaming service that offers an exceptional experience for music connoisseurs.

In addition to its premium tier, TIDAL’s HiFi tier combines lossless – or superior quality – audio and high-definition music videos with exclusive content, such as livestreams and performances, meet-and-greets with artists, album listening experiences, interviews on TIDAL’s original content series and more.

It also includes thousands of playlists expertly curated by TIDAL’s seasoned editorial team and by artists themselves, behind-the-scenes documentaries and interviews with a variety of musicians including the winners of the platforms’ pilot programme TIDAL Unplugged, and podcasts and video series such as Rap Radar, CRWN Car Test and In Conversation.

United Group distributes content to a market of more than 40 million people through its media arm United Media. In addition to delivering the best of local and international content, it produces tens of thousands of hours of original content each year, including the region’s most popular music entertainment programmes, high-budget series and sports channels.
