Natalia Todorova is Group Senior Legal Counsel and Group Company Secretary at United Group.

Natalia is a senior legal executive with more than 15 years’ experience in the telecommunications, media and technology sectors across Southeast Europe. As Group Senior Legal Counsel, she provides legal leadership on major business initiatives, transactions and complex cross-border projects. As Group Company Secretary, she is responsible for the operation of the Group’s corporate governance framework.

Natalia joined United Group in 2021. She previously spent a decade at Vivacom, where she led the corporate and contracts legal team and supported major technology, infrastructure and financing projects, along with new business initiatives and regulated services.

Natalia holds a Master of Laws from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
