Libor Vončina joined United Group in 2025. He is a seasoned leader with
a successful track record of building and leading challenger brands and
technology businesses across different countries in Europe, Middle East
and Africa. In his more than 20 years of experience in the TMT sector,
Vončina has led several companies as CEO of Sunrise Communications
in Switzerland, CEO of KPN Group in Belgium and CEO of Telekom
Slovenija.

Vončina has gained experience across different executive roles within
companies including IBM, Lucent Technologies and Avaya. Alongside his
operating roles, he has been active as Non-Executive Director, Advisor,
Chairman and Board Member in several private and public companies.

Vončina holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of
Ljubljana and an MBA from IMD in Lausanne.
