Kiki Silvestriadou joined Nova in September 2021 as CEO of Nova Media Greece. She also serves as Vice-President of the Board of Directors of Nova Media and Deputy CEO of Alpha TV. She is a media executive with nearly two decades of experience in the broadcasting industry, having held senior leadership positions across media, operations and business transformation.

Throughout her career, Kiki has led strategic and financial planning, operational management, organizational transformation and business development initiatives, developing and implementing strategies focused on operational excellence, sustainable growth and improved business performance.

Prior to joining Nova, Kiki held senior roles at Open TV, including Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer, and served as an executive at Mega TV.

At Nova, she is responsible for shaping and executing the company’s strategic direction, identifying growth opportunities and strengthening Nova’s position as a leading media organization.

Kiki holds a B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Economics.
