Dražen Mavrić is CEO of Nova TV, Croatia’s first commercial television broadcaster, and has led the company since 2005. He has a strong background in media management, finance and business transformation.
Under his leadership, Nova TV Group has strengthened its position as a leading player in the Croatian media market. It produces some of the country’s most-watched news and entertainment programming, takes its original productions to international markets, and has a strong presence in specialised television and digital media.
Before joining Nova TV, Dražen worked at KPMG Croatia as a consultant and financial adviser on major privatisation projects. Earlier in his career, he served on a crisis management board, working on financial consolidation and restructuring.
