Bernarda Trebušak Jecl has joined the group in 2018 as Director of Group Controlling. Following a successful implementation of group controlling, in 2020 she was additionally entrusted a responsibility for managing group procurement. In February 2023 she was promoted to Executive Director Controlling and Procurement.

Prior to joining the group, Bernarda held several senior management positions over the period of 20 years, as CFO and CEO of Nama d.d., Management Board Member responsible for finance and procurement at Fraport Ljubljana d.d. and Adria Airways Tehnika d.d., as well as Advisor to the Management Board at Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d.

She holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Ljubljana.
