Ivan Nemsic is Group Executive Director Strategy Implementation, where he leads the execution of the Group’s highest-priority strategic and transformation initiatives. He is responsible for driving value creation across the portfolio through strategic execution, performance management, capital allocation support, and cross-functional transformation programmes. Before joining United Group, Ivan spent eight years at McKinsey & Company, advising CEOs and private equity investors across telecommunications, media, digital platforms, and technology on growth strategy, commercial transformation, and value creation. Earlier in his career, he worked in leveraged finance at UBS in London. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and speaks English, German and Croatian.
