Tim Pennington is a finance executive with a background in telecommunications, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. He serves as Group Executive Director Head of Finance and M&A at United Group.

Tim has held senior finance roles at leading international telecom companies, including Chief Financial Officer of Millicom, Cable & Wireless Communications and Hutchison Telecom International, and Group Finance Director of Cable & Wireless plc. He began his career in investment banking and is an independent Non-Executive Director of MTN and Zegona. Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Economics from the University of Manchester.
