Bruce Humphreys joined United Group in October 2025 as Senior Vice President Human Capital. Bringing more than 30 years of international HR and legal experience, Bruce began his career at the UK barristers’ chambers Stanbrook and Hooper before moving into senior industry roles. He has held leadership positions including Head of Administration Europe for Bristol-Myers Squibb Research Europe, Head of HR and Legal for Warner-Lambert (now Pfizer), Vice President Human Resources Europe for Chrysler and Newell-Rubbermaid, as well as Chief Human Resources Officer for KPN International.

Bruce has lived and worked across Europe, the United States, South America, and the Far East, gaining deep insight into diverse cultures, industries, and labour environments. Throughout his career, he has led complex HR transformations, major restructurings, and integration efforts during acquisitions, consistently turning strategic challenges into successful, value-driven outcomes.
He has extensive expertise in global remuneration and benefits, international and local industrial relations, and the management of European Works Councils. With a strong focus on talent management and organisational development, Bruce has built lean, high-performing teams capable of addressing the full spectrum of human-capital needs in fast-moving international environments.

Bruce completed multiple LL.M. degrees at European universities. He is fluent in several languages and is an avid mechanic with a passion for restoring vintage cars.
