United Group B.V. (“the Group”), the leading telecommunications and media provider in Southeastern Europe, majority owned by BC Partners, confirms the completion of the sale of SBB Serbia to e& PPF Telecom, as well as completion of the sale of Net TV Plus business and the Group’s sports broadcasting rights for the Western Balkans (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia) to Telekom Srbija. These transactions were all completed in line with the provisions of the sale and purchase agreements (“SPAs”) signed on 11 February, 2025, after having received the relevant regulatory approvals.

These transactions have a combined Enterprise Value of €1.5bn and an implied EV/2024 EBITDAal (pre IFRS 16) of 10x.

These divestments mark a significant milestone in the Group strategy to streamline operations and sharpen its focus on EU markets.

As previously announced, the Group will continue to own and operate its key media outlets in Serbia. Apart from the potential sale of Telemach BH d.o.o. Sarajevo and Telemach Crna Gora d.o.o. Podgorica, the Group has no plans to divest any other assets in the near-term.
