With her strong leadership experience and results-driven approach, Violeta leads all business units’ operations, including human resources, information technology, billing and collection, customer support operations, customer experience management and sales.

Violeta holds Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, which provides her with a unique perspective on operational efficiency and process optimization. Her expertise in these areas enables her to drive the development and execution of the Group’s operational strategies with exceptional proficiency.
