Tomaž joined United Group in November 2021 and was appointed Executive director of Sales and Customer Experience in January 2023, bringing with him over a decade of experience in telecommunications industry. Starting his professional career in 2010, he quickly rose through the ranks of one of the major Slovenian mobile operators, becoming a Sales director and management board member at Telemach Slovenia soon thereafter.

In his current role, Tomaž oversees United Group’s commercial sales and customer experience operations, leading the implementation of customer experience strategies, driving excellence in customer support operations, ensuring revenue collection and insurance, and driving customer growth. He also plays a key role in shaping of competitive differentiation and strategic direction of the group’s commercial units.

Tomaz holds a degree in law from the University of Maribor in Slovenia and has actively participated in numerous EU-driven projects focused on EU law and economic areas.
