Quique Vivas is Vice President for Strategy and Marketing. He joined United Group in 2022 from Vodafone where he held different executive roles and leadership positions across Spain, Germany, United Kingdom, Czech Republic and Greece.

In his role he is responsible for defining United Group’s strategy, enhancing the company’s customer centric philosophy and pushing for the growth of the whole group across Telco and Media.

He has experience in P&L management and business turn arounds. Before joining United Group, Quique held C-level Board positions in Czech Republic and Greece where he was responsible for Marketing, Sales, Digital, Products, Big Data, CRM and Wholesale. Prior to that, he worked in the headquarters where he was responsible for all key Marketing and Digital initiatives for the whole Vodafone Group. He is a leader who enjoys creative problem solving as well as leading purpose-driven teams.

Quique is originally from Spain where he started his career as a consultant for BCG. He holds a Masters degree in Media and Communications, a Masters degree in Laws and a Master in Business Administration.

He’s a millennial dad living with his wonderful wife and his two amazing kids. He’s an avid reader, an amateur boxer and an average drummer.
