Miriam Di Traglia is a corporate lawyer with substantial experience in legal and regulatory compliance. She joined United Group in 2022 as the Head of Compliance responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of the ethics and compliance program and running internal investigations. In 2023 she was appointed Executive Director adding the oversight of the data protection program and the firm-wide enterprise risk management to her remit. She also coordinates United Group’s Net Zero strategy and social responsibility initiatives, embedding sustainability into the company’s vision, operations and culture.

Previously, Miriam practiced law in Rome, New York, Dubai, and London for over 10 years and served for 3 years as the Head of Legal & Regulatory Compliance at Clear Channel International, a leading outdoor advertising business.

Miriam graduated from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome, obtained a Master of Laws from Northwestern University in Chicago, and holds a CIPP/E certification in European data privacy law. She is a member of the Italian bar and admitted to practice as a solicitor in England & Wales.
