Bojana Mijailovic is Executive Director for Investor Relations and Strategic Analytics. Having joined United Group in 2016 as Group Treasurer, Bojana has two decades of experience in financial and risk management. In February 2023, she was appointed to the position of Executive Director for Investor Relations and Strategic Analytics, responsible for facilitating engagement with the investment community and proactively communicating United Group’s strategic vision, track record and growth prospects. Bojana is also an important member of UG’s Corporate Development team where she has been instrumental in helping execute some of the most transformative recent acquisitions.

Prior to joining United Group, Bojana was Chief Risk Officer at a regional bank in Southeast Europe, and before that spent a decade in various positions with the National Bank of Serbia. Bojana is a CFA charterholder and PRM Designation holder. She holds a Master of Science in Finance from HEC, University of Lausanne, and is a member of the UK Investor Relations Society.
